CLIN 901e - Clinical Distinction: Independent StudyCourse Description: Clinical Distinction empowers students to step into the role of educational leader. Students will select an area of study that best supports their medical aspirations. Possible topics include military officer/medical training, leadership, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, or a clinical experience not included in the current catalog. Learning outcomes, educational activities, assessments, and timelines will be developed in collaboration with a faculty mentor and must be approved by the Assistant/Associate Dean of Clinical Education. This course may be repeated for up to 12 credits. Prerequisite: OMS III or IV student in good standing, and approval of Faculty Mentor and Assistant/Associate Dean of Clinical Education. Credits: 2-12 |
