Course Description: The Allergy/Immunology Sub-I is designed to immerse medical students in the principles and practices of diagnosing and managing allergic and immunological disorders. This rotation emphasizes a comprehensive understanding of immune system function, allergic reactions, and the diverse range of immunological conditions. Students will engage in clinical practice, including patient assessments, diagnostic testing, and the development of treatment plans. The curriculum integrates didactic lectures, case discussions, and hands-on learning to equip students with the skills necessary for effective patient care. Emphasis will be placed on common conditions such as asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergies, and autoimmune disorders, as well as emerging therapies in the field.  Credits: 2-15
